What an incredible day! Andrew and I flew to New Jersey to spend the weekend with Kristi, Jack and Patrick. Susan generously agreed to watch Carter and Nathan so I could fly up early in the morning and have extra time in Jersey.
The flight went well and Andrew did amazing. The picture shows a very unhappy baby but that’s only because I sat him down long enough to snap a picture. In fact, he was a picture perfect baby. He drank a bottle, slept and woke up happy the last 20 minutes of the flight. I couldn’t have planned it better if I tried!
Kristi, Jack and Patrick were waiting for us when we got to the airport and we hit it off immediately! Kristi and I have been internet buddies for quite some time but this was actually the first time we had ever met.
We took all the boys out to eat and you should have seen the looks! Here we were two women carrying three babies in car carriers! After lunch we headed back to the house to let the boys take a nap. We later went shopping and then stayed up all night talking. We were like long lost sisters!
