Carter had an AMAZING day at Northwestern University for their Wildcats’ Day. He met Cairo, one of the stage managers, during the discussion portion of the program and was invited to shadow her the rest of the day. He was able to eat dinner with her and her friends, hang out at Lake Michigan and then was invited to see rehearsal of for Tick, Tick, Boom. He had the most amazing experience which makes me even more glad that we decided he would fly solo this trip. Even if I had stayed in the background, there’s no way he would have had all of the experiences he got while on his own. Even though he has a couple of more colleges to tour, I secretly believe Northwestern University will be his home for the next four years … shhhh don’t tell him I said that! 🙂
