Well, I think Nathan said his first official “baby” word.  He was in the kitchen in his walker and I was in the den.   I held up his bottle and said “Nathan come get your bottle”.  I repeated it a couple of times and then all the sudden he said “ba-ba”.  I said “bottle?” and he said “ba-ba” again.  I don’t think it was a fluke because he did it again for John when he got home.  Even if “ba-ba” isn’t technically a word it was definitely responsive.  Also, at his bedtime feeding, before we made the bottle he started crying and saying “ba-ba” over and over.
