Aunt Carol is celebrating her 70th birthday this year so we wanted to do something special for her. One of our favorite gifts is taking a photo while holding signs with a special message so we could resist spelling out “Happy 70th Birthday Aunt Carol”!
Carter and Nathan didn’t really want to dress up for Halloween this year so I took a friend up on her offer to go trick-or-treating with her family. We went old school (a/k/a cheap) this year and used costumes that we already had or could make from items in our closet. Andrew went as a gun toting gangster and Emily went as Princess Arial. We went with Sheryl and her two sons Jake & Eric through their subdivision and let me just say their subdivision LOVES Halloween! We got enough candy to last us until Halloween 2011!
