Emily had her second Daisy meeting

Emily had a second Daisy meeting today and was in much better spirits than her first meeting.  She was really shy the first time around and didn’t want the girls talking about her broken leg.  Today she was her bubbly self and had a wonderful time.  The girls made Halloween ghost candles and had a blast.

I was so impressed with the way the girls interacted with Emily.  Everyone misses her and when she needed to move for one of the activities, the girls would “wheel” her in her chair.  I wish adults were as accepting of each other as children are!
