Red, Hot, Boom

We spent another beautiful day at the park shooting our new .44 Magnums.  This time we went to a park with a playground so Emily had something to do while the boys were shooting each other.  We then went to Red, Hot, Boom and got some yummy funnel cake.  We walked around but the heat and the crowd was just too much.  We decided to go home, cool off and eat some dinner before heading back out to see the fireworks.  We lucked out and found a wonderful spot in a secluded parking lot on the other side of the freeway from where the fireworks were being set off.  The view was spectacular AND it only took 20 minutes to get home because we weren’t in the middle of the crowd of people (over 180,000 people according to the radio).
