I have been feeling worse and worse since being released from the hospital so I went back to the emergency room. They readmitted me and started running a battery of tests including blood cultures. They also ran a CT scan that showed pneumonia as well as a pocket of fluid in my spine where I had my discectomy. They are a little worried that the spot on my spine might be the source of the infection causing me so much trouble.
