Well, we did it again – slept later than we wanted. We aimed for 7am but got up at 9am. We headed downstairs for breakfast and then we were off to the London Zoo. Carter and Nathan (and the adults too) had a great time! They saw Okapi, Llama, Elephants, more birds than I could count, more small mammals than I can remember, Lions, Tigers, Camels, Giraffe, and even Hippos. They did great walking almost the entire zoo but were pretty worn out. John and I had a rehearsal dinner to go to but before we left to get ready we stopped by Paddington Station. I just HAD to see where Paddington Bear got his name. It was really cool seeing part of a legend! Poppy watched all the boys while John and I went to dinner. It was delightful having an adult evening. We were wined and dined for nearly 4 hours! I do believe there was more wine than food! 😉
