Carter & Naomi: 1 years old
Andrew: 0 years old
Marshall: 4 years old

What a wonderful day! After nearly three years, I finally met one of my internet friends, Verna and her beautiful son, Henry. I also got to meet Verna’s delightful mom and brother, Linda and Lee. We spent the entire day at Sea World and had a blast. Henry is such a hoot and loved making the boys laugh. He’s absolutely one of the most generous little boys I’ve ever met! He was constantly trying to share his drink or food or whatever he had!

Unfortunately, my day didn’t end well, hence the reason these pictures didn’t get posted until a day later. I really overdid it at Sea World and ended up paying the price. When we got home I sat down on the couch and started having contractions. The contractions were coming every 3-5 minutes. I started drinking tons of water and laid down on my left side (which is what you’re supposed to do when contractions start). After an hour, the contractions weren’t slowing down so I called the doctor and of course he sent me to the hospital’s L&D department. Thankfully, once I got to the hospital the contractions had pretty much stopped and after being on a monitor for an hour I only had 4 contractions. No cervical changes which means it wasn’t preterm labor just Braxton Hicks contractions (normal contractions). It was a scary lesson to learn – TAKE IT EASY! I guess I was really taking this pregnancy for granted since it was going so well. No more of that!
