Today is a sad day, it’s mom’s birthday. I just miss her so much. On the bright side, Carter and Nathan are doing great. They turned 6 months old the day before yesterday and had a great check-up with the pediatrician. Carter weighs 18 lbs 8 oz and is 26-1/2″ long. Nathan weighs 15 lbs 14 oz and is 26″ long. Both boys have discovered their feet and love trying to put them in their mouths! They are both sitting up with minimal assistance and trying desperately to crawl. Won’t be long before we have to buy some of those baby leashes! LOL
As most of you already know, I’ve been quite ill since the middle of May and in and out of the hospital. They have discovered that I have a bladder infection due to my bladder not emptying all the way. The boys really did a number on my bladder when I was pregnant. With a little time it should resolve on it’s own. I still have excruciating headaches and am seeing a neurologist on Monday. Hopefully we can get that resolved and I can go back to a normal life (whatever that means!).
